By downloading, installing, accessing, or using A2Z PDF (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
A2Z PDF is a general-purpose document utility. It provides tools to view, edit, convert, compress, watermark, split, merge, and otherwise process PDF and related files. The Service is a neutral tool. We do not create, control, monitor, endorse, or verify the content that users open, edit, or produce with it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to use the Service.
You are solely and fully responsible for all files and content that you upload, open, edit, create, or output using the Service. You represent and warrant that:

Access to certain sensitive tools (for example, the PDF editor, merge, and watermark tools) may require you to verify your email address and to accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy before use. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service (in whole or in part), with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by A2Z PDF or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in the Service except a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may rely on third-party software, libraries, or services (for example, an email delivery provider used only to send verification codes). Your use of such components may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You use the Service at your own risk. Always keep backups of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Z PDF and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A2Z PDF and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" and, where reasonable, provide notice (for example, by requiring re-acceptance for verified tools). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at [CITY, STATE], India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
