This notice explains the small amount of information A2Z PDF stores on your device or browser.

What we store

Desktop app:

• Verification token — after you verify your email and accept our policies, we store a signed token locally (for example, in a small file in your user profile) so you are not asked to verify again on every use. It records that verification happened, when it expires, and which policy versions you accepted. It does not contain your documents.
• App preferences — settings such as theme and recent-file names may be stored locally for convenience.

Website (https://a2zpdf.in):

• Strictly necessary cookies / local storage — used only to make the site work (for example, to remember that you accepted this notice, or to keep a session while you verify). These do not track you across other sites.
• Analytics (optional) — if enabled, privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics may be used to understand usage. [State your analytics provider here, or remove this line if none.]

What we do NOT do

• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not store the contents of your documents in cookies or local storage.

Managing this

• You can clear the desktop verification token by deleting the app's local data (this will require you to verify again).
• You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
